Summer 7's Conditioning Practices

Practices are held on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 6:30-7:30pm.

We practice rain or shine, unless there is lightning. We don't mind a little mud :)

Practices are located at our clubhouse and pitches just off of 39th and E.P. True Parkway in West Des Moines. For specific directions see "Location" tab on the left.

Please make sure to wear comfortable athletic clothing, and bring cleats and a mouthguard. Be ready to RUCK!!!
